Shawnee Rochester is a seasoned credentialing and healthcare operations expert with over 17 years of experience across hospitals, FQHCs, and private medical practices. She has held progressive leadership roles where she built and led credentialing departments, streamlined provider enrollment systems, and ensured compliance with Joint Commission, NCQA, and CMS regulations.
As the founder of Premier Provider Services, Shawnee brings her deep expertise to support healthcare organizations and providers through the often-complex credentialing lifecycle—from onboarding to payer enrollment. She is especially passionate about education, regularly hosting workshops such as Offer to Onboarding: Credentialing 101 to prepare Medical Providers, Behavioral Health Providers, and Advanced Practice Providers for the realities of joining the workforce.
